Fran allegedly has gathered a small group of supporters who are supplying him with the money, ideas and expertise to carry out his cyberbullying and abuse.
Fran has been busy with his hobby of collecting screen grabs and is posting a selected few in order to further harass, intimidate and stalk certain ACCForum members whom he has disagreements with.
We are advised that he would be timed out if he posted these same comments within AccForum We are also advised that Privacy complaints have been made about him to ACCFocus admin, rest assured I am on the case and have taken numerous screenshots which will be published at my leisure.
Fran is well known as a big girls blouse and likes to gossip, anything he states is purely in his delusions. Fran needs to seek urgent psychiatric help at the Henry Bennett Centre in Hamilton before he spins totally out of control. Fran has made up 2 fictional entities in John Gleeson and Mike Hunt, these people only exist in Frans mind, this man is in complete breakdown mode and I urge any friends of Fran's who actually exist outside of his imagination to intercede under the Mental Health Act.

Fran has now forged an alliance with Mark Davis (aka Freefallnz and Mark) one of the Administrators of accfocus.org. Mark Davis is not only supplying technical support he is writing articles about selected accforum members. This is a dangerous alliance for Fran to enter into because the Admins of accfocus cannot be trusted, especially Ken Millar (aka Tomcat). It is rumoured that their may be a merger between claimants and focus in the not too distant future.
Fran's get rich quick schemes started during 1996 when he established a working relationship with the firm Enerco. Fran's idea was to use this employment opportunity to rort money from a NZ Bank, use it to support his lavish lifestyle and then declare bankruptcy and attempt to blame Enerco for this elaborate deception. After this feeble attempt of blame, Fran decided to take on an Insurance Company and ACC - this attempt to defraud was thwarted, although Fran kept up a ruthless campaign of attacking ACC Staff within his postings as Blurb on accforum. This was the genesis of Fran's hatred to others, anyone who stood in his way had to be silenced by using cyber bullying tactics. acc-claimants.info is the result of Fran's hatred towards disabled and injured people, this shows a pathology of him being very unwell and mentally unstable.
Fran has decided on another get rich quick scheme by having a money making link within his hate filled site. Anyone considering joining any business venture with this man is warned to stay well clear, he is a con man. This scheme is being run under the nose of the Ministry of Social Development who pay Fran a benefit, the MSD will not be happy to know of possible fraud taking place.
This website generates an income via Google clicks. Fran is always changing this site to entice people to come back which will generate him more $. He has even advertised this website within several ACCForum postings, this man is indeed a devious con artist. Perhaps both IRD and WINZ need to investigate.

The notes are a sad litany of misery and complaint, and the general view seems to be that he is into avoidance. He is vocal and intelligent, but also possibly manipulative, and certainly not depressed. He is staying on a farm and ? looking after something. Does this mean he is doing some activity? I guess we will have to see what happens. It would be a sad end from the age of 45 years on.
Over recent years he seems to have tried to start a WEB site as a self employed business, and claims to have lost a lot of money. When I asked how he managed to get $100,000 dollars that he claimed he lost it appears that he somehow got this by suing a company that did not fill a contractual obligation (details a bit vague) That would ask the question if he got this money to set things up, how did he then lose it all.
Fran has failed at several business start ups, from the Companies Register it is found that he has been struck off at least five times as a director of a company. It is advisable that anyone thinking of investing or having anything to do with Fran's business do their due diligence. This man in my opinion is a conman and scam artist.

It has come to my attention that Court Papers will be filed very soon in order to prosecute Fran van Helmond under the Harassment Act. This is welcome news, this man's reign of hatred and intimidation must come to an end.
Fran has continued his attacks upon Alan Thomas, David Butler, Rex, Mustard, Questions, Netcoachnz and Whetu - all because these people have taken a stand against him. Fran is jealous and envious of these peoples success and expertise. His personality disorder stands in the way of him making logical decisions.
Fran has not updated his hate fueled website in some time, he is again missing in action, a bed check of the Henry Bennett Clinic shows him in a secure room, well cared for, medicated and under intensive daily therapy. Blurb has finally snapped and been committed under the Mental Health Act.
